  4. Hi Nonny! I'm popping over from the BLC and I'm excited to be on this journey with you! I love that you wrote down your goals! I had to get rid of my scale because I was crazy about it - literally waking up in the middle of the night to weigh :( But now, I only weigh on my Wii Fit board...it helps me to curb my crazy since I have to boot it up, then get all the way to the weigh in part, lol!   5. Nonny what a great post. So honest...I love it! I need to try that app -My Fitness Pal. And drink more water! Sounds like you are on track with exercising-that's awesome!   7. I love the Daily Mile! I have been using the Ultimate Food Diary. It was 4.99 at the app store and it works just like weightwatchers - with points - but it only has that cheap, upfront cost! Keep up the great work! I can't wait to see your results!

  12. stopping by from NSV...I've been debating getting a pedometer from weight watchers and starting to pay more attention to my steps...I do exercise, but more walks wouldn't hurt! Thanks for the idea.
