Key to Success! Favorite Keto Recipes

When you choose to make drastic changes to your eating habits, you have to plan for success.  One way is meal planning and having food substitutes to get you through the major adjustments you are making. It this series I will be sharing recipes from other Keto'ers that  have been a life saver!

Bread is a no no when living a Keto or low carb lifestyle. This is the first quick and easy mug bread that I found.  It makes amazing egg sandwhiches!!

These moist and cheesy low carb biscuits can be made in under 5 minutes!

Then I wanted a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.  I found this mug bread that you can use almond or coconut flour.  I would have to say that the almond flour makes a fluffier bread and you can get two small sandwiches, rather than one.

 And for a yummy treat......banana bread!

This low carb banana bread recipe with almond flour & coconut flour is perfectly moist & rich. Naturally paleo, gluten-free, sugar-free, and healthy.
