Journaling Bible TRUST | Proverbs 3:5

Today's page is a popular verse about trust.
Sometimes we just have to trust God because he knows what is best for us.

If you love to scrapbook, bible journaling is very similar.  You will just use the supplies that you have.  As I have mentioned (hundreds of times, lol) I love all things sparkly right now.  I start out by spraying glitter spray on the page.  After it dries I start adding embellishments.  I love how adding glossy accents to your letters really makes them pop.   There is not wrong way to journal! Just make it fun and pretty!!

December Daily 2014

I finally finished my December Daily for 2014!

I really enjoy documenting our life with pictures.  The Project Life method has been a blessing for me, for I now get pages and books done, whereas I would not before.

The items I received from the swap was a blessing! {see swap here} I was able to use a lot of it with some things let over.  It will be used! I will save it for my December Project Life pages or use it in my December Daily next year.

At the end of my book I was able to include all of my photo Christmas Cards. (with 6 x 8 page protectors)  I love to look back through the years and see how families have grown or changed.

Here is my finished album.  Enjoy!

I hope you are encouraged to get your pictures out and put them in books to share with your family and friends.  If you are just starting, make it simple! You don't have to embellish with Project Life.  You can just print pictures, insert your pictures, and then journal.  It is that simple!

Journaling Bible | Psalm 30:5

I have always found strength in this verse.  Life is filled with problems; Some that we create and some that are out of our control.  When the times are the hardest, we have to have faith that God will get us through.  Weeping may endure for the night.....but joy cometh in the morning!

About the page:

As I have mentioned before, I am really into anything glittery and sparkly! Here I used my homemade glitter spray made with Pearl Ex.  The letters and swirls were cut out using my Cricut. Have I mentioned how much I love my Cricut? LOVE!  The cartridge is Teresa Collins Sophisticated.  The doily and paper is from my stash.

Visiting Dad | Bakersfield National Cemetary

Every year around Dad's birthday we try to visit his grave.  Dad's birthday is in December and I love to go up there during that time because they put live wreaths on all the graves.  It is amazing to see. This year we visited a little later, and I figured that we would miss the wreaths, but we didn't.

Our family still finds it hard to believe that it has been three years.  The holidays are the hardest, but we know Dad is in a better place.  He is the lucky one!

Here are a few pictures from our day.....

 I love these ladies!!

Our family! It is growing quickly!

Cousins! Aren't they as cute as can be?

Love this picture of my husband and his siblings!

Thank you for stopping by!! Until next time!
