Healthy Mexican Style Chicken Vegetable Soup

Perfect for this rainy day!!
Warm, delicious, low calorie soup!



Ingredients:
3 Chicken Breasts (12 oz's)
(Save water for chicken broth)
1 Can White Beans
1 Can Hominy
1 Can Green Beans
2 Mexican Style Tomatoes with green chili's
2 Cups of Frozen Broccoli & Cauliflower
3 Tbsp of Taco Seasoning or 1 package
1 Tbsp of onion powder
1 Tbsp of Pepper
Salt as needed
*some may find you need more seasoning; season for you own taste.

-- Boil chicken and shred.
--Add all of your ingredients to crock pot
--Add chicken broth to three inches  from top.
--Add chicken and cook on low until soup is hot and ready to eat!

Yields 16 cups
1 Cup: 90 calories


**This was a hit with our family! My boys ate this for lunch, the next few days, until is was gone!
