I prefer frozen fruits in my smoothies. I like my smoothies really cold!
This is a mixture of fresh and frozen......
1 Fuji Apple
1 Pear
1 Cup of Spinach
1 Cup Sunrise Growers Fruit Oxidant Blend
(Blueberries, Pomegranates, cherries, strawberries)
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
Ice

ReplyDelete1 1/2 cups light soy or almond milk
1-2 cups spinach
frozen banana (I don't know how much!)
2 tbsp powered peanut butter
1-2 scoops recovery protein powder.

DeleteDo you like the ninja blender? I am looking to purchase a blender, and I REALLY REALLY want a vitamix, but that's just way out of my budge. I prefer a smoothie like jamba juice. Smoothe but not watery or icy.
ReplyDeleteThis is my second Ninja blender and I am very pleased with it. It too would love to have a Vitamix, but this was more in my budget. It has blended everything very well, but pomegranate seeds. Lol. I am very happy with this blender.
