During the warm months, I love to make smoothies for a refreshing treat.
This recipe is fast and easy and pretty low in calories.
Ingredients:
- Three Frozen Cuties
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 cup of Almond Milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- Optional: Liquid Stevia or other sweetener
I just love my Ninja blender with its portable blending cups. It is very convenient to blend and go!
The blend of orange, vanilla, and banana is wonderful!
