Two Ingredient Cookie

I had some old bananas that I needed to get rid of and remembered a recipe that I saw on Pinterest.  It is low calorie and easy!

Ingredients:
2 large old bananas
1 cup of quick oats

Mix those two together. Old bananas are amazing for this, but you can use fresh ones too. Then add in what sounds yummy to you! (or nothing!)

-a handful of chocolate chips
-crushed walnut pieces
-pecans -cinnamon -raisins

For my cookies I used 1/4 cup of chocolate chips and 1/4 chopped pecans.

Spoon out on a greased cookie sheet. ( Grease well so that it won't stick)
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

If you are counting calories and looking for a low calorie cookie, this is not bad at all. (No, it doesn't taste like my Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies)
