There are so many blogs right now with weight loss challenges. It really helps to know that there are others working hard with you to become healthier! To keep myself accountable I have been journaling on my Healthier Lifestyle page. Today was weigh day! (the day I dread, because I don't want to be disappointed) Well, it wasn't too bad. One thing I learned this week....you burn more calories on an elliptical then you doing walking. (3.0mph) Next week I will be changing up my routine, because more is better. Right?
On my way now to Pismo Beach. Walking on the beach should burn a few calories! :o)
