Valentine's Day Tulle Wreath

What you need is:
-Tulle: Red, Pink, & White
( Cut into 12 in. strips; I used 30 of each color)
-14 in Foam Ring
-Accessories

I had a little helper......

The green foam wasn't working out.  I spray painted the ring white.
Alternating colors, you double knot the tulle around the ring.

Here is what it will look like done......

It is really cute like this, but now to give the wreath its final touch.
I found hearts at the Dollar Tree and gave them a little diamond glitter.

The final product.....
