1/14/13: I will take the 2 lb. loss! I got my exercise in for last week, but I really need to log my food better. Working on that this week. I am also going to work on some healthier recipes. I hope to have those posted soon. I do have some recipes here and desserts and treats here if you are interested.
1/21/13 My dad had a health scare, so I spent last week with my parents. No exercise, therefore I had no weight loss. I am looking forward to a new week.
