Fitbit Update

I've been really trying to get moving!! My goal is to walk 3-5 miles a day. (A mile is approx. 2,000 steps). That is in addition to my normal daily activity.

I am happy with this week's results. I even had a record breaking day of over 18,000 steps. Yaaay! :-)

What are some ways you stay fit?

    I try to stay fit by playing with Rory, walking, running and riding my bike. I'd like to add swimming, hiking and kayaking when possible.
